We had a short outage last night of approximately an hour at 3.00 AM BST, the outage is thought to be due to an ISP error as the server did not go down.
We will update you with more information as we get it.
[UPDATE] The reason for the outage has now been traced to the ISP Comcast, and effected our data-centre for around 24 minutes. Everything then restored to normal. We don’t see this problem happening again in the future.
